At Greenlight we provide expert advice to steer development and other projects through planning policy and environmental legislation. We provide professional services in all aspects of environmental impact, including ecology, landscape and visual impact, arboricultural impact assessments, tree inspections and wildlife.

We are based on the Norfolk and Suffolk border, and with a team of surveyors and consultants located throughout East Anglia, London and Kent, we can provide a service local to you. Our business is lean, making us able to keep costs to clients to the minimum.

Our experience includes taking projects from the pre-development stage, all the way through to helping to get planning permission. This includes on the ground implementation of habitat creation, such as planting and pond creation schemes, and monitoring after the development has taken place.

The strength of our service lays in providing the highest quality outputs to very tight timescales and to assist in getting development projects to the built stage as quickly as possible.

Carbon balanced

We offset our carbon footprint through the World Land Trust's Carbon Balanced programme. By protecting and restoring critically threatened tropical forest habitats, carbon balanced projects help mitigate climate change whilst at the same time delivering real benefits for biodiversity conservation.
